เคล็ดลับหน้าใส ขาวเด้ง ด้วยมะขามเปียก กับส่วนผสม น้ำผึ้งประมาณ 6 ช้อนชา มะขามเปียกหนึ่งกำมือ ให้คัดแยกเอากากใยออกให้หมด เพื่อป้องกันการขูดขีดผิว นมจืด 6 ช้อนชา ให้นำส่วนผสมทั้งสามมาปั่นหรือขยำด้วยมือสะอาดจนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน แล้วนำไปแช่ตู้เย็นให้เย็นจัด พอกหน้าทิ้งไว้ 15 นาที ล้างออกให้สะอาด พอกทับอีกครั้งด้วยโยเกิร์ตรสธรรมชาติ 10 นาที ทำสัปดาห์ละครั้ง มะขามจะช่วยผลัดเซลล์ผิวเก่า ทำให้หน้าขาวขึ้น ส่วนน้ำผึ้ง นมและโยเกิร์ตจะทำให้หน้าเนียนนุ่ม สาวๆ เคยได้ยินสรรพคุณของน้ำมะขามเปียกมั้ยคะ โบราณเค้าจะอาบน้ำแล้วใช้มะขามเปียกเนี่ยแหละค่ะ มาถูตัว เพื่อขัดเอาสิ่งสกปรกออก กลิ่นตัวต่างๆ ก็จะหาย ผิวพรรณก็ผุดผ่องค่ะ คราวนี้เรามีสูตรที่เอาไว้พอกหน้าค่ะ เมื่อพอกแล้ว หน้าที่หมองคล้ำ จะกลับสดใส ผุดผ่องขึ้นมาเลยค่ะ ด้วยสูตรหน้าใส ขาวเด้ง แบบแพนเค้ก ด้วยมะขามเปียก กับสูตร น้ำมะขามเปียกคั้นข้นๆ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ นมสด 1 ช้อนชา น้ำผึ้ง 1 ช้อนชา

วิธีทำหน้าใส ขาวเด้ง ด้วยมะขามเปียก

เพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นให้ผิว สว่างใสให้ใบหน้า ผสมน้ำผึ้งกับกล้วยบดให้ละเอียด ทาหน้าทิ้งไว้ 10 นาที กล้วยช่วยให้ผิวชุ่มชื้น ส่วนน้ำผึ้งทำความสะอาดผิวฝานแตงกวาเบาๆ แปะตาเพื่อผ่อนคลายความตึงเครียดให้ผิวรอบดวงตา สับมะละกอสุกให้ละเอียด นำมาพอกหน้า 10 นาที ระหว่างพอกให้นวดเบาๆ เพื่อให้สารบำรุงในมะละกอซึมเข้าผิวมากขึ้น ล้างออกด้วยน้ำอุ่น แล้วตามด้วยน้ำเย็น เพื่อปิดรูขุมขน ซับหน้าเบาๆ ด้วยผ้าขนหนูชุบน้ำ ทาโลชั่น ผิวหน้าจะนุ่มและใสขึ้น

การดูแลรักษาผิวหน้าสำหรับคนหน้ามัน ล้างหน้าให้สะอาดวันละ 2-3 ครั้ง การล้างหน้าบ่อยทำให้ผิวอักเสบระคายเคืองเป็นสิวได้ ใช้กระดาษซับมันระหว่างวัน ใช้สบู่หรือโฟมสำหรับผิวมันโดยเฉพาะ หรือใช้สบู่เด็ก อย่าใช้ที่ฟอกแล้วหน้าตึงครีมบำรุงหรือครีมให้ความชุ่มชื้นให้ใช้ปราศจากน้ำมัน (Oil-free) และไม่อุดตันรูขุมขน ถ้ามีค่า SPF15 ขึ้นไป ก่อนแต่งหน้าใช้แป้งฝุ่นหรือใช้รอบพื้นที่มีส่วนผสมเป็นน้ำและปราศจากน้ำมัน กับ เคล็ดลับหน้าใส

ปัญหาที่พบคู่กันกับคนหน้ามันคือ รูขุมขนกว้าง ซึ่งจะสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณไขมันที่ผลิตจากต่อมไขมัน และหลั่งออกสู่ผิวหนังที่มากขึ้น เพราะถ้าไขมันเหล่านี้ไม่สามารถระบายออกไปได้ ก็จะเกิดการอุดตันเกิดเป็นสิวตามมาให้กลุ้มใจอีกเรื่อง

เยี่ยมเชียงใหม่ เชิญไปงาน มหกรรมชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง แห่งประเทศไทย ประจาปี 2554 กับการพัฒนาเพื่อฟื้นฟูวิถีชีวิตและสิทธิชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองขึ้น ในระหว่าง วันที่ 7-9 สิงหาคม 2554 นี้ ณ หอนิทรรศการศิลปวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พลาดไม่ได้แน่งานนี้ มหกรรมชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทย โดยเครือข่ายชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองแห่งประเทศไทย (คชท.) ร่วมกับองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนและหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง ได้ร่วมกันประกาศให้วันที่ 9 สิงหาคมทุกๆ ปีนั้นเป็น

วันชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2550 นั้น ได้ร่วมกันจัดงานนี้ขึ้น ตั้งแต่ปี 2550 - 2553 เพื่อให้เป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้สถานการณ์และปัญหาร่วมกัน และเป็นพื้นที่สาธารณะในการแสวงหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมของชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทยไปแล้ว และในปีนี้ก็เช่นเดียวกัน โดยเริ่มจัดงานในวันที่ 7-9 สิงหาคม 2554 อย่างแน่นอน

ชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทย

ประเทศไทยเรานั้น มีชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองที่มีความหลากหลายทางชาติพันธุ์ และอาศัยอยู่กระจัดกระจายตามภูมิภาคต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศโดยเฉพาะบริเวณแถบชายแดน ซึ่งชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองเหล่านี้นับได้ว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีภาษา อัตลักษณ์ วัฒนธรรมและบริบทของสังคมที่แตกต่างกันออกไปจากสังคมใหญ่ มีวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตที่ผูกพันและใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติอย่างแนบแน่น เน้นระบบการผลิตและการใช้ทรัพยากรเพื่อการยังชีพเป็นหลัก มีกระบวนการถ่ายทอดและสืบต่อวัฒนธรรมและแบบแผนการดำเนินชีวิตของแต่ละกลุ่ม จากรุ่นสู่รุ่นมาช้านาน

ทางภาคเหนือ มีกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์กะเหรี่ยง ขมุ มฺบีซู มลาบรี ม้ง เมี่ยน ลีซู ลาหู่ ลัวะ อาข่า และอื่นๆ
ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีชาวกูย ภูไท ญัฮฺกุร โส้ และอื่นๆ
ภาคกลางและ ตะวันออก มีชาวมอญ ไททรงดา และชอง
ภาคใต้ มีชาวมอแกน มอแกลน อุรักละโว้ย และอื่นๆ

กลุ่มชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองเหล่านี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกลุ่มประชากรขนาดเล็กมีจานวนไม่มากนัก มีวิถีการดาเนินชีวิตทีผูกพันและใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติอย่างแนบแน่น เน้นระบบการผลิต การตั้งถิ่นฐานและการใช้ทรัพยากรเพื่อการยังชีพเป็นหลัก มีระบบขัดเกลาทางสังคมและได้บ่มเพาะจนกลับกลายเป็นอัตลักษณ์วัฒนธรรมและแบบแผนการดาเนินชีวิ ตของแต่ละกลุ่มในระยะต่อมา ซึ่งมีกระบวนการถ่ายทอดและสืบต่อกันมาจากชนรุ่นหนึ่งไปสู่ชนอีกรุ่นหนึ่ง

ตามที่องค์การสหประชาชาติ (United Nations) ได้ประกาศให้วันที่ 9 สิงหาคมของทุกปีเป็นวันสากลชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองโลก หรือ International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples ตลอดจนกำหนดให้ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2548 – 2557 (ค.ศ. 2005- 2014) เป็นทศวรรษสากลชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองโลก (ระยะที่ 2) และที่ประชุมสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติได้มีมติรับรองปฏิญญาสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยสิทธิชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง อย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 13 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2550 เป็นต้นมา ในปีนี้อย่าลืม มหกรรมชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทย ไปกันให้ได้นะ

Very nice Resort,good location,extremely clean rooms,good service, highly recommend!BUT,we were very disappointed of the restaurant,staffs were always confused about orders and did a lot of mistakes,two evenings from the desert menu they could offer only fresh fruits...,but after two dinners in hotel restaurant,we decide to have a dinner somewhere else,lot of restaurants just 5 min. walk.I had a nice time in the hotel,but for a dinner better go to different place:)Review Gintare.

The room assigned to us was not desireable as it had some hotel equipment just outside our door under the staircase. This was brought to the attention of you reception team who did everything possible to rectify the problem. They were friendly and accommodating and with the cooperation of your reservation department, we were transferred to a better room the next afternoon. The pickup guide from the airport and our tour guide the next day both claimed your hotel to be the best in Ao Nung and we agree with them. We intend to visit Krabi again in the near future for a longer period and will definitely make reservations to stay at your hotel especially as we now know the layout of your hotel plan and we will be able to choose the type of room that meets up to our requirement. Yustina from your tour desk was exceptionally helpful and arranged for us a wonderful tour. The only disappointment was the lack of a gym for a few members of our group. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and in walking distance of the small town with lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Villa which was beautiful and very stylish and even better, right in front of the beach, so we had great views. Also the massage service at the hotel was heavenly, the pavillion was also in front of the beach so you could enjoy a soothing massage while listening to the waves rippling on the shore....When you walk to the end of the beach towards the mountain you can enjoy watching the monkeys coming out of the forest to play on the beach if you re lucky. Great experience!

We loved the Marina Villa. Our room was on the third flooring so you can get a view of the entire bay. We feel lying down to the noise of the undulations hitting the beach and tried nothing else - amazing! There were small ants all over for all 5 days even though we showed housekeeping on the 2nd day. The reception doesn t speak English that well, and the restaurant was a little pricey compared to those on the road, but the way was clean, looked nice, was spacious, and got most of the sunlight. All have their own balconies too, which was great. Central Lamai is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of shops and eating places on the way. We would stay here again if we came back!.

The Weekender Villa Beach Resort hotel is located in the Nothern part of Lamai thus creating bathing in the ocean just besides the hotel impossible. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes or so to be able to float in the sea. However, this is the only disadvantage of staying there. Eventhough the hotel is not new, everything is kept clean and looks decent to stay in there. We stayed at beachfront and really liked our room. It may seem plain outside but inside it was perfect. The pool was quite small for swim, but water was cooler than in the sea (we tried it only in mornings). Servicing and food were good, people very friendly. Minibike rent in the place was handy. There weren t many guests there and we met just a couple or two, sometimes it seemed that the pool area and the bar were at our service only. Beautiful place for peaceable and secluded recreation time. We highly recommend it.

The spirit of old Samui is alive at Weekender Villa. It is a traditional place on a 3200 sqm beach plot with more than 100 years old Banyan Trees and only 10 bungalows with reasonable modern facilities. And it is a quiet place with "action" just 1,5 km away.

very nice place, for this money i think it s the best quality and arrangement variant. do not even doubt about this place 10 from 10 for this money. the only minus it s the entering in ocean its too rocky, lots of stones, but for little children very nice becouse on small water nice sand. and the best beaches lamai and chaweng are pretty close. and btw what a sunsets there.

Great place with very friendly and easygoing staff. They helped arrange almost everything we though up. Rooms are clean and spacey. The villa has private quiet beach. There is very good Italian restaurant few steps towards Lamai center. Taxi to the Lamai beach costs about 200 Baths. Location is indeed quite remote from the deafening center but it creates the place perfect escape form the crowds.
